Beginners wanted!!!

Kingdom Kickboxing operates in Lumphinnans in Fife, between Cowdenbeath and Lochgelly and offers a two hour class for men & women aged 11+. You can choose to train for one or two hours and pay accordingly.  Come along and train just for fitness or work through the syllabus and grade.  There is opportunity to spar within classes and to fight competitively. There is also opportunity to learn to use nunchaku and bo staff in forms and fighting and to learn some self and knife defence

Classes

Lumphinnans Primary School, Fife - Thursdays 7pm - 9.00pm

Instead of paying weekly you can arrange a monthly standing order which works out at a much reduced rate.  £18.00 a month for the 2 hour class each week.

Every student must also complete full membership  within 8 - 10 weeks and this costs £55 for adults and £50 for children, this includes your uniform and insurance. This is normal with all martial arts!
