Please note that as the schools are closed on Thursday 16th February for in-service our class will relocate to the masonic lodge in Lochgelly for this week only.
Classes back to normal for Thursday 9th February! Thank-you to Emma & Iain for taking the class and Wayne for the cool down even though it wasn't the tai chi I expected!
I'm sure everyone will join me in passing on our condolences to Mark and Gregor Allan and their families who lost their mum at the beginning of the week, following a brief illness and operation. Our thoughts are with you.
Sincere apologies to all my students for the disruption to classes over the past two weeks due to my ill health. The chances of all three of us being unable to take the class for a couple of weeks were slim to none, however it has happened.
I will be taking the class as neither Mark or Iain are available due to personal circumstances therefore normal service will resume on Thursday 9th February.

Happy new year to all my students past and present. Hope 2012 brings you all wish yourselves and ofcourse good health and fitness, but then I can always help with you that last one!
2011 saw another student become a blackbelt; congratualtions to Emma McCulloch 1st dan black belt. We embedded nunchaku into our classes and introduced Bo staff. It has also saw some students fall away and welcomed some new ones, but we're still here even though we are a small club we're a good club. We hope to achieve even greater things in 2012 with my 3rd dan and Iain and Mark's 2nd dan, along with many other belts and hopefully a few competition titles as well.

Severe weather - Please check the fife council website regarding school closures if there is any adverse weather and you have not heard from me, or checked facebook or this site.
Xmas Night out - Saturday 10th December at Nando's for 6.30pm for something to eat then onto the bowlplex for a couple of games. All the best bowlers in my team please!!! £10 for two games
Grading - well done to those who graded especially Emma who sat her blackbelt examination on Sunday 4th December. Results would have been shared on 8th therefore you will now need to come along to class on 15th to find out if you passed or failed
2012 - Classes for 2012 will begin on Thursday 12th January. Let all your work colleagues, friends and family know that the first month at Kingdom Kickboxing is free if they are looking to shift that Christmas excess.
